Allow access to heart rate upon installing the watch face. The shortcut does not open the Heart Rate app; instead, it initiates the measurement. Tap the heart rate area to commence measuring. Ensure the watch screen is activated and that it is worn correctly on your wrist when measuring your heart rate.
